Over Coffee Development LLP built the Financial Analyst PRO Calculator app (referred to ‘FA PRO’ or ‘FA PRO app’) as a Commercial application. FA Pro and its use is provided by Over Coffee Development LLP (referred to as ‘OCD’) for personal or commercial use and is intended for use as is (referred to as ‘the Service’).

On download of the FA PRO app the user agrees to the collection and use of personal information by OCD LLP. The Personal Information collected is used for analysis on the use of the Service and a method to improve the Service. OCD LLP will not use or share identifiable personal information outside of OCD LLP. OCD may employee third parties or individuals to help facilitate the Service.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using the Service, OCD LLP may require a user to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name. The information request will be retained on your device and is not collected by OCD in any way.

In the case of an error in the FA PRO app OCD will collect data and information (through third party products) on the users device called Log Data. Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilising my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
